Steve Edge is a construction management specialist with more than 50 years' international experience. As Director of Menlo Associates, he provides construction programming, critical-path and risk analysis, contract administration and forensic delay analysis across complex building, engineering and infrastructure projects.

Steve also acts as an expert witness in construction disputes and delivers specialist training and mentoring. Known for his practical, collaborative approach, he brings boardroom-level insight together with extensive hands-on site experience.

Steve's involvement in Construction Weather reflects a career-long conviction that weather is one of the most consistently under-evidenced delay events in construction. The data exists, the contract clauses are specific, and the thresholds can be tested — but the evidence has to be built systematically from the start of a project, not assembled under pressure when a claim is needed.
